What is the PROCESS OF CHICKEN BIRIYANI MARINATION?
Rishi-style chicken biryani gets a lot of its flavour from the marinating.
In this process, we are using (chicken. salt, Ginger, Garlic or onion paste, Barista(fried onion), turmeric powder, Red chilli powder,garam masala, Rosewater, mustard, oil, desi ghee, mint leaves, Coriander leaves.
BASMATI RICE: (How to cook biryani rice?)
1: First Clean the Rice remove the debris
2: Transfer the washed rice into the bowl & and water
3: cover and put for 35 min.
4: A bowl 4 to 6 Cup water in a deep pan
5: Add washed & clean rise
6: Add one Table Spoon of deshi ghee in bowling water
7: Add 2 to 3 pieces cinnamon stick (Dal Chini )
8: Add 6 green cardamom & 3 pieces of tej patta
9: Add curry leaves & coriander leaves
10: Add Raw black paper
11: Add salt According to your taste
How to decorate the biryani layer?
1.Take a deep and big pan and add 1 to 2 spoon of ghee and a few raw spices.
2.Add marinated chicken.
3.Add boiled rice
4.Add coriander and mint leaves
6.Add two spoons of kewra water and Gulab Jal
7.in the last stage use a little bit of saffron water and use some salt according to your taste.
8.close your pan and seal with flour dough and cook on low flame for 20 minutes. after 20 minutes take a hitting plate and put the hitting plate under the pan cook for 35 minutes more.
Finishing touch and serve(how to serve Biryani)
Open the lid very carefully because as it is hot steam in it.
Serve the biriyani very hot with curd Raita, green onion and gravy.
